Safe lockers

What do I need to apply for a safe locker?

A safe locker offers a convenient way to store your valuable belongings. To apply for one, all you need is a current or savings account at Banco di Caribe that has shown activity during the past six months.

What are the sizes and fees of the safe lockers?

Our safe lockers are available in a range of sizes to suit your specific needs. Please note that the lockers are subject to availability, and that a one-time deposit fee of ANG 150.00 is required.

All locker boxes have a standard length of 40 cm and width of 23 cm. These are the available sizes and corresponding prices:

  • Small          40 cm x 23 cm x 4 cm        ANG 100.00 per year
  • Medium      40 cm x 23 cm x 7.5 cm     ANG 150.00 per year
  • Large          40 cm x 23 cm x 14 cm      ANG 250.00 per year
  • Super          40 cm x 23 cm x 40 cm      ANG 350.00 per year

At what times can I access my safe locker?

You are welcome to access your safe locker on business days from 8 am to 4 pm.

Can a safe locker be registered on another person’s name?

Safe lockers can be registered in the name of a holder of a current or savings account at Banco di Caribe. In addition, you can authorize others to temporarily or permanently access your safe locker. Our representatives will be glad to assist you when you register.

If I lose my keys, can I still access my safe locker?

We urge you to take the utmost care in safeguarding your key. If you lose it, the process of accessing your safe locker will be difficult and costly.

You will need to pass by our head office to inform us.  You will lose your initial deposit fee of ANG 150 and you will be charged an additional ANG 75 in order to access your safe. We do not have any spare keys.  If you wish to reuse our safe locker services, you will need to reapply for a new one.
