Online Phone Recharge

Our BDC Online service offers you the possibility to recharge both your mobile phone and pre-paid fixed phone through our online banking system. The recharge takes place on several moments of the day from Monday through Friday. Are you not a user of our BDC Online service? Application is possible at all our branches or online.

How to use Online Phone Recharge?

Step 1:
Login into BDC Online (www.bancodicaribeonline.com) and follow the instructions on the screen.

Step 2:
Once you are logged in, go to the ‘Bill Payment’ option.

Step 3:
At ‘Select Payee’ choose the provider you need in order to recharge the mobile or pre-paid fixed phone.

Step 4:
Fill in the mobile or pre-paid fixed number you would like to recharge.

Step 5:
Fill in the amount you would like to recharge your mobile or pre-paid fixed number with.

Step 6:
Choose the account number that has to be debited.

Step 7: 
Add an additional description.

Step 8: 
Make a choice at ‘Request Type’ and afterwards click on ‘Submit’ and follow the approval instructions on the screen.
